 Corrosion in heat exchangers causes economical looses, wastes energy and material, because of repairing and changing tubes the production line is stopped and it has environmental noxious for human. So, in order to prevent the mentioned looses and to long –live the exchangers suitable live, the cathode protection method is considered as a suitable mechanism. By implementing this project a heat exchanger is selected as a sample, then researches and investigations are performed on it in order to cathode protection until the received optimum consequence is applied for other exchangers which are exposed to operating in similar conditions
