Project Details Considering the computerized simulating study of carry over phenomena. Vacuum systems consideration evaporators of phosphoric acid unit Considering the computerized simulating study of carry over phenomena. Vacuum systems consideration evaporators of phosphoric acid unit Status: Completed Registration Date 2008/11/04 Update Date 2008/11/04 Goals Decreasing the phosphoric acid unit wastes. Schedule Commencement Date : 9/16/1998 Duration : 9Months Executive Actions 1-Data collecting. 2-Testing. 3-Computerized technical calculations. 4-Giving final report. Basic Contractor Mahshahr Azad University Description Contract Code 77/087 Measurements and calculations shows that on the average about 3000 tons P2O5 is wasted yearly in phosphoric acid evaporators system of the complex because of carry over phenomena. This problem was investigated and analyzed after sampling, submitting a simple statical model and computerized – technical calculations. A coefficient is submitted without dimension which has an optimum usage for analyzing and controlling carry over phenomena in evaporator system and flash vaporization. On the basis of mentioned properties variations some curves are submitted for optimum controlling of unit’s processing conditions. In order to reduce the P2O5 loss, a periodic table is submitted to perform the boil – out operations for any kind of phosphate soil which has been used practically the operation o unit
