Ammonia production process control , specialy in catalist beds , is done by a series of process and laboratory data. If the data be more exact the control willbe better. The problems will be explored and in the case of unusuall situation the necessity for repeating the calibration and testing the instrument devices will be less and also the error rate of laboratory data to process data will be determined and by calculating some parameters like ATE the operation condition of catalists will be known.
