In  producing  urea  by  pril  Method , which  is  produced  by  two  reactions  in  high  pressure  and high temperature , urea  synthesize  reactor  always  has  nonreactioned  carbamat  and  nearly  ammonia  that  their  amount  depend  on  input  air  combination . So , there  are  always  five  products  in  reactor  out  put  such  as , water , ammonium  carbamat , urea , carbon deoxide and  ammonia  which  the  high  corrosion  function  of  ammonium  carbamat  under  high  pressure  and  temperature  caused  some  problems  in  production  and  gradually  demolishs  the equipments.  So , this  project  is  planed  and  performed  in  order  to  do  more  scientific  investigation  and  selection   of  suitable  methods  to  prevent  corrosion  or  finally  decreases  the  production  cost  and  increases  the  production  efficiency.
