 Phosphoric acid is one of the most consumable and strategic productions in chemical industries and it can be provided by furnace and wet method. Phosphoric acid production in the complex is on the basis of wet method and it is the only factor in Iran that provides phosphoric acid by the above method. The main feed of unit is phosphate soil, which takes high currency for importing. So by optimizing the process conditions, maximum efficiency will be achieved in the system.

Crystallization phase is one of the most important phases in the process of phosphoric acid production and the purpose of this phase is the formation of calcium sulphate crystals (Gypsum) in form of crystals, which can be filtrated and washed easily. Whatever the efficiency of this phase is more, the produced acid will be more pure, washing and filtration will be better and no reacted soil as wastage will be less
