Suspended salts and metals of free ions caused to create scaling phenomena and also element such as turbidity and suspended solid has direct affect on fouling factor and finally on exchanger efficiency. By system simulating and submitting computerized program can easily investigate the difficulties reasons of unit’s production deduction and submit generalities to remedy the problems and also investigates the input factors affect of each exchanger.

Capabilities of this software are as follow:

1. By a real data it can calculate fouling factor and efficiency.

2. If the efficiency and the load of exchanger be determine by changing the debi it determines the outlet temperature of the exchanger.

3. If the debi and load be determine the efficiency of outlet condition can be calculated in the viewpoint of temperature.

4. If the efficiency and the debi be determine and the load changes it can calculate the outlet temperature of exchangers conditions and performing on time changes to remedy the difficulties.

5. Evaluating exchangers conditions and on time maintenance in order to remedy the problems.
