According to the variety of consumed phosphoric acid and their different grosses, in this researching project many spread tests has been made in order to investigate the existing grosses in phosphoric acid and their role in DAP granulation quality. The results showed that grosses density of aluminum oxide and ferrous oxide has intensive effect on granulation quality of production. So, in order to achieve the best DAP granulation quality, it is necessary that total density of ferrous oxide and existing aluminum oxide in the importing phosphoric acid to the unit to be at least %2 of the weight.
