Low pressure absorber tower of gas treatment units, because of DEA suspension carry over to Flare is out of service. The project is included in order to investigate the existing system difficulties and to design the new system. This project has performed into two phases we are going to perform the out come results(suggesting new system) in three units of gas treatment. Advantages of the project are as follow : 

 

-         Preventing a great amount of H2S waste and returning it back into the system in order             

      to increase sulfur production.

-         Helping the complex fuel gas system.

-         Preventing the environmental pollution that occurs as the result of H2S burning in LP Flare.

-         Corrosion decrease in the HP Flare stream.

-          Increasing the effective life of LP flare Tip.

-         Providing a better condition for Flush Drum.

-         Deducting the repairing cost of LP absorber.
