Privatization organization according to enforcement the first chapter of economic ,social and culture extension fourth plan law of Islamic Republic of Iran and order of supreme leader to enforcement Article 44 of constitution from March 2008 Evaluated the asset of Razi petrochemical Company. Tenders invited on 20 Jan 2008 by Privatization organization .
Winner of tender:
After ending of tender time , the consortium consist of "Guber Fabrikalari turk anonim sirketi" , "Asya gas enerji ve petrokimya urunleri sanayi ve ticaret anonim sirketi" , "Tabosan Muhendislik lmalat ve montaj sirketi" and "Shaghaiegh Sazeh Rangin Co. " offered 635 million USD price and finally won .
Evaluating of company asset and sale price
According to Evaluating of privatization organization value of Razi Petrochemical Co. higher than 950 million USD was estimated which was 631 million USD obvious asset and about 320 million USD debt . The buyer should pay the debt and most of it was ammonia 3 project.
Tender condition
According the privatization rule winner the tender must pay 20% of total cost for legal contract after 60 days. Then the 80% remained cost must deposited and during 5 years later must pay which the consortium done .
